Order Processing & Safety Standards

• Processing Timelines: Because we handle our own fulfillment in-house, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to safely pack and verify your order before it leaves our facility. Once shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

• Temperature & Secure Packaging: Our 25.4oz spirit bottles and seltzers are heavy and delicate; we utilize heavy-duty, reinforced boxes and specialized internal dividers to eliminate transit friction. Return Window & Eligibility

You may return new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. To maintain strict quality control and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or unsealed.

• Fulfillment Errors: Alpine’s will cover all return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Processing Timelines

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund much more quickly. This estimated window includes the following steps:

• Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the carrier.

• Fulfillment Inspection: 3 to 5 business days for our warehouse team to process your return once received.

• Banking Processing: 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to settle our refund request.
